Batsha was born from the friendship between Laurent and Olivier, two childhood friends who dreamed of opening a welcoming place together. Inspired by Shabbat, Batsha takes its name and spirit from the Friday-night tradition of challah, reinvented here as mouthwatering sandwiches.
